Wiggle Wiggle Dog Boarding Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Wiggle Wiggle Dog Boarding! We are dedicated to providing your furry friend with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions to ensure a seamless experience for both you and your pet.
1. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Reservation Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Cancellation: We understand plans can change. However, to ensure we can accommodate as many furry friends as possible, we require notification of cancellation. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the agreed boarding date, you will be charged the full boarding fee.
- Early Returns: No refunds will be given for early returns or late arrivals.
2. Boarding Rates and Fees
- Standard Rates: Our boarding rates are based on a nightly stay, with check-in and check-out times communicated upon booking.
- Premium Rates: Higher rates are charged for weekends, bank holidays, and Christmas. Please contact us to inquire about specific rates for these periods.
- Extended Boarding: If the collection extends beyond 24 hours from the agreed collection time, additional fees will apply. An extra 1-5 hours will incur a charge of 0.5 times the daily boarding rate. For more than 5 additional hours, the full daily boarding rate will be charged.
- Payments: A 20% deposit must be paid 28 days before the time of booking. The remainder must be paid in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon.
3. Health and Safety
- Vaccinations: All dogs must be up-to-date with their vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments. Proof of vaccination is required upon check-in.
- Illness and Medication: Please inform us of any medical conditions or medications your dog requires. We are happy to administer medications per your instructions.
- Emergencies: In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately contact you or your designated emergency contact. We reserve the right to seek veterinary attention for your pet if necessary, with all costs to be reimbursed by the owner.
4. General Terms
- Personal Items: While we provide all necessities, you are welcome to bring your dog’s favourite items to make them feel at home. Please note, that we are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
- Behaviour: For the safety and comfort of all our guests, dogs exhibiting aggressive or destructive behaviour may be separated or, in extreme cases, removed from boarding. Any additional costs for such arrangements will be the responsibility of the owner.
- Right of Refusal: Wiggle Wiggle reserves the right to refuse service to any dog that does not meet our health and safety standards.
